If you want to sell your house quickly, call Stacey and Rik of the Berry Team at Keller Williams. They advised me on what needed to be done before listing to attract buyers. They even had names of repairmen to call before and after the home inspection to expedite any repairs needed. Professional photos were shown online and two open houses were held to keep the interest alive. My house sold quickly and at a great price so I can definitely recommend them. If you have property to buy or sell, you should give them a call.
